From the moment I stepped into Campagne Italian Restaurant in Iwakuni, I was mesmerized by the elegant and inviting ambiance that the recent renovations have created. The harmonious blend of modern sophistication and rustic charm truly set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
The food at Campagne was nothing short of divine. Each dish showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients, which were masterfully combined to tantalize the taste buds. The fried oysters, a true delicacy, were succulent and perfectly crispy on the outside, while the potato salad was a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. The pièce de résistance, however, was the Chicken dish. It was exquisitely tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, leaving me craving more.
In addition to the exceptional cuisine, the service at Campagne was top-notch. The attentive and knowledgeable staff effortlessly catered to our every need, ensuring that we felt welcomed and at ease throughout the entire evening. Their genuine passion for providing an unparalleled dining experience was evident in the smiles on their faces and the care they took in every interaction.

Read moreThey recently changed their set menu... which is horrible. The only reason i came back here is because of old set menu, it's good. Old set menu has big plate of salad and the salad is taste waaay better than this new one. The new one is boring as fk and it's almost has no dressing so it tasteless. The new appetizer have different little things in one plate, it's good but the mushrooms taste gross and the plating doesn't make sense. It's like Izakaya, a little bit of everything. The only good thing and taste good is the Carbonara, although it's a YELLOW carbonara instead of WHITE. And the worse things, it doesn't come with a pizza anymore, if you want a pizza, you'll have to order it separately which makes it more expensive. And the dessert! Oh my god! It's not gelato anymore that you can pick the flavor, that made me mad.. just because that's one of the reason i wanted to eat there is to have their Pistachio gelato. And if we order it separately, our bill would be over ¥10,000 (FOR TWO PERSON). So yeah! it just ruined my night and our anniversary!. You guys and your food sucks now. We're not coming back anymore and it's not a big lost for you all...
Read moreThey just opened up again after being closed for renovations. I love what they did to both the outside and the inside. I went today for lunch and they only have sets at lunch time. I chose the B Set, which allows me to choose an appetizer, a main, and a drink. It also come with a piece of garlic bread. For the main, I was able to choose from a list of pizzas and pastas. I chose a pizza. For my appetizer I chose the carpaccio. Everything was good! The B set was ¥1600 plus tax, but I ordered a pizza that had an additional charge so my lunch came to ¥2,090 with tax. A little bit pricey for lunch, but worth it. I was very full when I left. I think next time I’ll try the less expensive set. The menus are in Japanese and English. There is parking right next to the restaurant, and more parking right behind the restaurant. The service was really great and the staff was friendly. Great spot for a date night or a night out with friends. They also do takeout for...
