An hour after my online order the tracker finally changed to "your order is in the oven". Eventually it changed to "your order is ready at the counter" so I knew it was updating. However shortly after that the tracking page no longer showed me anything. I checked 3 times that the address was correct (I signed in so it used my usual address), so it shouldn't have been misdelivered. 2+ hours on and no call, email, or notification about my order being cancelled.
