What an amazing steak house! We made a reservation over the phone and they spoke amazing English which was nice! When we got there they had our place mats and towels folded fancy for us which made the whole experience feel very personal! We ordered the sirloin and tenderloin steak courses. First was the corn soup, then a salad which had an amazing dressing on it, then bread/rice, then the steak. We both agreed it was probably one of the best steak we have had in Iwakuni. We did go on a Wednesday night and were the only ones in the restaurant but it was so good I can’t imagine they are always empty.

Good, not GREAT. Flavors were fantastic, and the quality of their Wagyu was top notch, super flavorful. Service was prompt and friendly. The difference between 4 and 5 star here would be that the potage souped be a touch thicker, and they swapped several things between our orders. Generally thats not a problem at all, but they cooked my steak to my friends liking and his to mine. I think if you make sure they're getting the right requests, it's...
