Yamabiko — Restaurant in Iwakuni

Went to Yamabiko with a friend for a late lunch. I had the Special Pork Ramen with extra noodles and my friend had the Spicy Pork Ramen. We both had gyoza and she had the fried rice. The ramen was delicious with the thicker pork bone broth and scallions floating. The pork slices floating on the noodles were flavorful and tender. I really enjoyed the tonkatsu styled ramen here as it made me think of the ramen I would often eat in Fukuoka 福岡 or hakata. This is by far the closest thing you can get to kyushu style Tonkatsu ramen in Iwakuni. I would reccomend everyone try it .
