Simple shokudo with nostalgic food. The plain rice was especially delicious. It's nothing you can't get outside Tottori, but it's a reasonable and satisfying option in an area that caters mainly to tourists or no one at all (as restaurants all close around 2pm). The place feels old but clean. We went when there were no smokers or other patrons at all.
