らーめん屋？ えびす — Restaurant in Izumiotsu

At first glance, a humble ramen shop was all I expected but I was blown away by the quality. I had the tonkotsu chashu ramen with garlic sauce and I suggest you try it as well. The broth was rich and flavorful, but not too much to stop me from finishing it. The chashu was perfectly tender and melted in my mouth. The noodles were cooked to perfection and I even asked for "kae-dama" (a second portion of noodles) which I rarely do. I expect to return here many more times before my time...

Don’t walk to this place… RUN TO IT!!! The broth had tons of umami and salt flavor from the pork fat, the cuts of pork literally melt in your mouth. I’m going to need a nap because it’s such a large portion!

先ほど、泉大津市方面にて所用を済ませた帰り途に立ち寄り、開店直後に初訪問。 「とんこつラーメン（￥900）」を注文＞昨今ありがちな強烈なとんこつ臭もなく、口当たりの良い美味しさ！！！ 注文の際に、マスターから焦がしニンニク（サービス）の有無を問われたので、もちろん＞有り...風味にパンチが加わります。 肉厚のチャーシューもホロホロ＆トロトロで、一気に完食しました。 自宅（生活圏）からは遠距離の地に在るお店なので、頻繁に味わえませんが、リピーターの端くれに名乗りを上げます。 次回訪問では、まかないラーメン（鰹だしベース）を狙ってみたいです。 皆さん仰るように、マスター＆スタッフの方々の接客、愛想が良く屈託のない気配りが心地よいですね。 ご馳走さまでした！！！
