味噌ラーメン、ネギラーメン、餃子、唐揚げを家族でシェアして頂きました🎵 ラーメンはどちらもちゃんと味があり、でも優しい味わいでした。餃子はただただ美味しい。好みにもよるが、自分の中ではトップクラスだった😃唐揚げですが、まず量がめちゃくちゃ多い。衣はサクサクで中はジューシー😊こちらも何処と無く優しい味わいで、レモンや塩コショウとのバランスが良い1品だと思います。店の感じはと言うと、店主と奥様ですかね？優しい接客で暖かいお店って感じがしましたね😃 仕込み段取りから調理まで店主お一人、もしくはお二人でなされてるかとは思います。ですので、提供スピードはチェーン店や人を抱えてる個人店にはどうしても負けてしまいますが、マトモな接客、調理出来ない従業員を使い、料理のクオリティや店のレベルを下げてしまうよりはよっぽど良いかと思います。このまま頑張って下さい😊また食べに...

仕事で加賀山代を訪問した際、到着が夜だったこともありディナーの選択肢が限られていました。そんな中、偶然見つけたラーメン店に立ち寄りました。平日の20時頃で、店内には3～4組ほどの客が見受けられました。 普段から味噌ラーメンが好みなので、迷わず味噌ラーメンを注文。観光地ということで味にはあまり期待していなかったのですが、一口飲んだスープは優しい味わいで驚きました。大変美味しく、最後にはスープを飲み干してしまいました。今思えば、大盛にしておけばよかったと少し後悔しています。
