Very friendly staff and excellent food.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 onwards.
We got a plate full of local, seasonal (!) vegetables, arranged and prepared in a unique style. (Vegetarian friendly, with rice etc.)
For example: they served the Sakurajima raddish as „spaghetti“ with tomato sauce.
Note for international visitors: the staff doesn‘t speak a word of English. It will be hard to communicate if your Japanese skills are zero. They don‘t have an English menu. And: you can‘t choose the lunch menu. It‘s one set dish, depending on the locally grown food. If you only come for coffee or some cake/snacks, you‘ll have some choice. If you want to have lunch, say so, and then get surprized by the meal you get :)

I am really happy I went there, and definitely recommend. The food was simply amazing, subtle and full of flavour. After the meal, I was smiling on my bicycle !...
