誕生日祝いに連れてきてもらった。 落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で、スタッフさんは丁寧で接客対応良し。 メインはA5ランクのお肉ということで期待していたが、小さな肉の欠片が二つあるのみだった。まぁそれは良しとして。 そのうちの一切れは思わず「何これ！」と口に出してしまうほどの肉質で、とにかく口の中が気持ちが悪く、味もしないため、飲み込もうと努力はしたが耐えられず口から出してしまった。 生まれてこの方こんな肉を食べたことがなく、ショックだった。脂身とは違うし、一体この肉はどこの部位だったのだろうか。そもそも肉だったのかと疑問に思う程。 大体この程度の肉質のものなら調理をしている時点で「客に出していいランクの物かどうか」わかりそうだと思う。それともこの程度の料理を提供しても良い客だと思われたのだろうか。あまりの衝撃にすっかり意気消沈してしまった。もう一切れのお肉は美味くいただけたのだが・・ せっかくの誕生日に嫌な気分になってしまった。連れてきてくれた方にも恥をかかせてしまった。 メイン以外の料理は美味しくいただけた...
