Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. Owner is a nice gentleman that is more than happy to walk you through his menu.
Food tastes home cooked. I.e. no overpowering umami taste that often marks msg laden food. The miso and salt broths were excellent. We didn’t try the soy.
The pork in the salt ramen was the best I’ve had in any ramen.
I recommend adding on a small side dish as it is really good value.
