Mori Mori Sushi Fujie — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Went on Sat during lunch time. About 6 groups in front of us and we were led to a waiting area upstairs - quite a comfortable room with TV and magazines. Our turn came around surprisingly fast. We ordered lunch sets. Very reasonably priced indeed. Sushi platter with miso soup at JPY2100, and one grade lower at JPY1360. No compromise on the quality even for that price. Really satisfied with the whole experience. Perhaps one small thing, two of the sushi chefs in front of us weren't wearing facial masks, which is usually the standard for kitchen staff who have to talk during cooking....

Food is good, but waiting two hours to get lunch or dinner is a bit too much. They have a waiting room in the second floor but instead they could add more tables to serve the food faster from my opinion. We were lucky as we stayed at the hotel across the street and went to take a 90 rest and went back to have lunch, but I don't want to imagine how other people have to...
