Sentori Sushi — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Our tour guide suggested this as a top-of-the line sushi experience, and she was right! We had the staff's complete attention. We had a variety of sake, 5-6 pieces of sashimi, a full sushi course with 5-6 pieces each then rolled sushi, miso soup and a choice of green tea or roasted stem tea (I had Coca-cola as I have an allergy to green tea).
