We ate like a beast and the bill was a lovely lady.

Not to mention the experience of it was amazing. You order with the screen and then the food gets delivered on an automatic tally straight from the kitchen. Remember to feed your sushi plates to the pocket on the side of your table so you earn points to play a game! The game doesn't need you to control it, it's more like a lucky draw.

Note there is no English menu and the staff don't really speak English. So it was a little tough. Regardless, a little common sense...

日曜日の夜で混み合ってたかもしれないが、料理の提供が遅かった。そして、それをどうなってるか女性スタッフに確認。 最終的に対応した責任者のHという男性の対応が最悪だった。 料理が来なくて女性スタッフに３回言った。 １回目話したが、来ずに２回目に話したら秒で届いた。なんの説明もなく。 この時点で45分注文してから待った。 注文してたのはあぶりサーモン。 注文が最初に頼んだものが来ずそれ以降に頼んだものは基本時間がかからなかったので、こうなうなったのかと質問すると、責任者を呼びますと。 私が席を外してる間に届けたが子供が取らなかったのでと言われた。 子供は小学生で料理がレーンできたことは分かる年齢だし、もし仮に取らない場合、後で注文しませんでしたか？と言われたことが以前あったのでそれを伝えたがこちらはお子さんが取らなかったのが悪いと子供のまえで言われた。 子供は泣きだして、とてもかわいそうで嫌な思いをした。 夏休み最後の夕食だったのに。 子供が居る前でそんなことを言われて親としてはとても悲しかった。 商品をレーンに流したと言われたがその証拠はないし、画面を確認して、届けたことになってないってことだったが、責任者になった途端にこちらが悪いの一点張り。 詳細の説明を求めるもの全く誠意のない謝罪。 謝罪の気持ちもなくただ言ってるだけ。 それで、責任者をしてるのが不思議。

最後に対応してくれた女性は今までの経緯を話したら本当に申し訳けないです。 子供にもきちんと謝って、また来てほしいって本当に心を込めて言ってくれたことが嬉しかった。 その言葉を私にも子供にも子供目線できちんと話してくれた。 それが嬉しかったし、子供も最後は笑顔になってくれたので、よかった。

きちんと対応をその女性のように話しを聞いて理解してくれてたらと心から思う。 子連れで、利用することがほとんどなので、子供には楽しい思い出として残る場所であってほしい。 今後、嫌な思いをすら人が居ないことを祈ります。 教育をき...
