**Karuizawa Ristorante Kobayashi** is truly a hidden gem in Karuizawa. We visited during the low season and had the place to ourselves, which only added to the charm. The ambiance is impeccably clean with a delightful Ghibli-like atmosphere. The chef and madam are incredibly humble hosts, serving dishes made from high-quality local ingredients. Notably, the hams, like the prosciutto, are crafted by the chef himself, adding a personal touch to an already exquisite meal. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the warm service. We'll definitely recommend this spot to our friends and family.

プレオープンでお邪魔致しました。シェフの持つイタリアンの確かな腕前、地元東信州エリアの食材を散りばめたコースのラインナップと、イタリア•ローマでの修行時代の経験に裏打ちされたメニュー構成は、軽井沢の休日にプラスα価値をもたらして下さいました。私達は、プレオープンの特別コースを頂きましたが、今後お店が一段落した後の、信州に寄り添ったお料理も楽しみにしています。軽井沢、森の中の緑に囲まれた洋館でのお食事もオツなもんでした。最後に二言。王室気分を味わえた喜びと、アサリの殻入れが欲しかったという少しのリクエストを書いておきますね。
