Saurus Kitchen — Restaurant in Katsuyama

Grabbed a meal at this eatery as a last resort - the menu at the museum restaurant didn't look appealing, there was a long wait till the next bus after exiting the museum, and I was hungry.

Ordered the "Pteranodon Plate". It was expensive considering salad veggies and processed food made up half of the plate, with rice and two small pieces of meat on the other half. Taste-wise, the food was barely passable.

There was ample space in the restaurant, but seating felt a little squeezy after pulling out the chairs at the tables. And of course to top off the ambience, toddlers and babies were screeching frequently. Definitely a last resort...

夏休みの平日火曜日14:30頃、福井恐竜博物館内レストランの待ち時間が40分ほどだったので、こちらの方が早いと思い利用しました。 昼過ぎでも満席状態でしたが、たまたま空いた席に待ち時間なく座れました。 私達が座ってから30分後くらいには空席がチラホラ出来ていました。 私はソースカツ丼プレートドリンクセット1,300円 メニューの見本写真は肉の厚みが少しあるように思いましたが、実際は薄かったです。 味付けは甘味のあるソースで美味しかったです。 肉は薄いですが、揚げ物なのと、こってりした味付けなので意外と満腹感がありました。

子供はキッズティタンカレードリンクセット￥1260を注文。 恐竜の盛り付けに喜んでいました。 お米に対してルーが多くて、残ったルーを食べたらお腹いっぱいになったとの事でした。

料理を売りにしたレストランと比較すると値段の割にイマイチかもしれませんが、博物館やレジャー施設のレストランならこんな感じかなーという感じです。 盛り付けやお店の清潔感は悪く無いと思います。 注文してから提供までも早かったです。

恐竜博物館のレストランを利用した事が無いので味付けなど比較が出来ませんが、早く食べたいならこちらかと思います（席が空いていれば）。
