はしば菓子店 — Restaurant in Kawadu

🇫🇷J’ai découvert cette boulangerie grâce à Google Maps, attiré par les nombreux avis positifs.

Le premier jour, j’ai goûté leur pain au beurre : un vrai délice ! Séduit, j’y suis retourné dès le lendemain pour tester d’autres produits : un pain au raisin et un pain de mie.

Le pain de mie est, sans exagérer, le meilleur que j’aie jamais mangé. Ce qui est remarquable, c’est qu’il se suffit à lui-même : nul besoin de beurre ni de confiture. Son goût, sa texture… tout est parfaitement équilibré.

Quant au pain au raisin, il est généreux, moelleux, bien aéré, avec une agréable note de fermentation qui rappelle les viennoiseries artisanales.

Et puis, il faut absolument mentionner la grand-mère qui tient la boutique : charmante, accueillante, et toujours prête à échanger quelques mots. Si vous souhaitez pratiquer votre japonais, c’est l’endroit rêvé.

Une belle découverte, autant pour le goût que pour l’expérience humaine.

On the first day, I tried their butter bread — absolutely delicious! I was so impressed that I went back the next day to try more: a raisin bread and a loaf of white bread.

The white bread is, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had. What’s amazing is that it doesn’t need any butter or jam — its flavor stands perfectly on its own.

As for the raisin bread, it’s generous, soft, airy, with a pleasant hint of fermentation that reminds you of true artisanal baking.

And I must mention the lovely grandmother who runs the shop — she’s warm, welcoming, and always happy to chat. If you’re looking for a chance to practice your Japanese, this is the perfect spot.

A wonderful find — both for the flavor and the human connection.

本当にパン屋さんには見えない。 店構えは雑貨屋さんの様ですが近づくと窓などにパン屋と書いてある。 中に入るとすぐの棚に食パンが数本並べてありました。 一本１０００円税込み 横に籠が置いてありアンパンも有りました。 ２個２８０円

予約をして次の朝10時に取りに行く事にしました。

少し早めの到着だったので道路挟んで店の前の駐車場で待機していると、昨日対応してくれた店主さん？が来て「用意できていますよ」と声をかけてくださいました。

早速店内に行くと芳醇な焼き立てパンの香りがして食欲をそそります。

予約していた食パンと目に入ったアンパン2つ購入し、支払いすると「はい、どうぞ！」とおミカン３つ入った袋をお土産にくれました。
