This new place is really adorable and the food is tasty. The standout here is the coffee; I'm obsessed with it and I want to drink it every day. Have it with a condensed milk Banh Mi, it's perfection!! I wanted to try a few things before leaving my review, so I've ordered here 3 times in person and once through Uber eats now. My first time I got coffee to go, and it was obvious that they were making it to order. It came out fresh and delicious and I was transported to heaven with every sip. I tried the beef pho yet. They don't have a wide variety, sticking mostly to brisket. But they give you a lot, and you actually get mint and green onion in addition to coriander on top, so the only thing I wish for now is some basil 🥺. The condiments are great. I got the combo set with spring rolls. They only offered fried ones when I went, I hope to try the fresh rolls soon because they're my favorite. But the fried harumaki spring rolls were really tasty and well seasoned!! I got the rice vermicelli salad last time I went, and the dipping sauce was not too sweet and had a nice flavor. The pork was also seasoned well. My one concern is sometimes the staff might get confused or miss a part of your order, but I'm sure if you remind them, they will gladly fix the issue. I felt guilty because I ordered a plain (no fillings) banh mi through uber eats, but when my order arrived they had sent the special with pate, sausage, and grilled pork. I hope it didn't cause them too much trouble.... But it was delicious! Sorry for eating it even though it wasn't what I ordered... All in all, I'm a big fan. I'll definitely go...
