The WORST and UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DO NOT VISIT. JUST STRESSFUL.
I order a dessert (timing to be served as AFTER the meal). After finishing eating the main dish/teishoku, I waited for 10 mins for the dessert to be served.
It did not come. So I called an attendant by the bell. Bell rung and after 5 mins, no one came even though there were attendants who took care of caxier 3 times and cleaned the other table. So I rung the bell again. Even after 5 mins, no one came. Another table also rung the bell and no one came...
After waited for 20 mins, I went to the caxier and asked to cancel the dessert and do the payment. The lady did not apologize and went to the kitchen and came back after 2 mins. Hello???????? What the hell is this???????
Incapable of understanding the situation and they had feeling that they do not care how much customers wait for.

星一つもつけたくないです。 まず、席は半分くらいしかうまっていないのに着席から提供まで40分かかりました。 私は女性でかなりゆっくり食べていて(手前の写真はご飯大盛りですw)それでも殆ど食べ終わった頃に焼き魚定食が来ました。 後から来た客の料理がどんどん運ばれて行く中一向に提供されず…「お待たせしました」の一言のみ。 大変申し訳ございません。忘れてました。でしょwこの焼き魚定食食べるのに1時間待つ価値ある？サバがなくてスーパーに買いにでも行ってたんか？ってくらいかかりすぎでしょ
魚なんて焼くだけでしょwあとは、作り置きだろうしw
しまいには会計も、何回呼んでも、店員目の前で通り過ぎてもみんな無視wスカスカの店内で5分も待ったw
地元なので残念ですがw大戸屋、久しぶりに行って楽しみにしていましたが、2度と行がないことに決めましたw

店内で注文してもなかなか商品が来ず、お昼時だったのもあったので仕方ないかなと思っていたのですが、後から入ってきた人も同じ商品を注文していたようで、そちらが先に届きました。同じものだからすぐこっちにも届くだろうと思っていたら10分待てども来ず、これはおかしいぞと店員を呼び、注文がちゃんと通ってるのか確認してもらったのですが、通ってますとのことで、何言ってるのこの人みたいな顔されて腹が立ちました。通ってるならなぜ先に運ばれてこないのか？お客は提供順番を見ています。作りやすいものが先に出てくるのは承知できますが、同じ定食なのに後から注文した人に届くのはおかしくないでしょうか？また、まずは謝罪の言葉もなく、態度も悪かったのでもう...
