This place was so special. We traveled by trains and bus and foot to arrive here in the night and I didn't know what to expect. My son who had studied in Cusco studied the menus from afar and told us where he thought we should go..This looks like the most authentic Peruvian in Tokyo he told us. The best "Pollo a la Brasa" you can find in Kanto, pretty sure in all Japan. The place is small and far from the station, but definitely worth the trip.
