Sweet basil — Restaurant in Kazuno

I was surprised to see such an elegant restaurant nestled in a cozy, if sleepy, part of the beautiful Japanese countryside. Upon entering, we were welcomed by the friendly proprietor, who was delighted to host us. The air conditioned interior and complementary cold water was a relief from the heatwave, and we were treated to a wonderful culinary experience. The food and drink were superb, with the menu featuring a diverse selection of Western and Japanese cuisine. Prices were also very reasonable for the high quality of our dishes, and it’s abundantly clear that the proprietor takes pride in her work — the resulting excellence came through all the way to our taste buds. We will be coming here again...

お料理はどれも丁寧に作られていて、味わい深いです。

何を食べても美味しいので、毎回メニュー選びに迷うのですが1番リピートしているのは煮込みハンバーグです。2人以上で行った時はサラダ盛り合わせも。お野菜モリモリなのに、なぜかペロッと平らげてしまうし、毎回食べたくなります。

ポークステーキはお肉が柔らかくて、最高に美味なソースとの相性も抜群です。
