San Grams Green Tea & Garden Cafe — Restaurant in Kikugawa

Simply the best 喫茶店 Kissaten, tea room, café, I’ve ever visited in the world. Perfect stylish, casual and sophisticated atmosphere with only wood, flowers, tea boxes and windows as interior design. Bright light, harp music, friendly staff and marvelous tea, but also tasty and healthy food made with only local products, reflect of the real Japanese vegetables-based dishes. Perhaps the most tasty desserts I had, to just beautifully finish the experience. The staff really knows about tea and take time to explain everything you need to now, extending even further your experience. Plus, they will always refill your glass/cup of tea whether you chose hot ou iced ones and make you taste other teas for free. You know the best about all that? It is really cheap regarding the quality and compared to similar places in the world! Awesome place,for green tea, had a fantastic tea tasting there - the staff is so incredible nice and explains tea, how to prepare it to get full taste, this all in beautiful ambient, came later again and had the wonderfull lunch - they sell tea and pots and a few pottery for tea drinking. For me it was complete experience - all perfect - nothing to add - one of the perfect experiences I had in japan....

オープンと同時に入店するとほぼ正面の席でオーナーらしき人物が従業員の説教をしていた。 客が見えていないのか？

庭の見える席に通して貰ったが、目の前のガラスのサッシにホコリがびっしり。コロナで暇なのか店のせいなのか客脚は落ち着いていたのだが掃除すらまともに出来ないようだ。 そもそもオープン時にホコリがたまっているとかありえない。飲食店ですよね？ 同じく、庭を見られる席が左右にあるので横を見るとテーブルの位置、椅子の位置もバラバラ。当然品物のラベルなどもバラバラ。

店員のメニューとグラスの置き方も雑で横柄。

以前HPを見て行った際は臨時休業のお知らせもなく ドアを開けると定休日です！のみ。

利き茶をしたかったのだが、 やってないですね。相当前ですよね？と言葉遣いが酷くコミュニケーションも取れない。

少し後にサイフォンを使った冷茶を求めた女性客が来店されたのだが、(オープンから10分程) 準備がされておらず、 お待ち頂ければお召し上がり頂けます！のみ。 その水出し冷茶は氷を使って一滴一滴じっくり出すもの。 どれだけ待てと言う事だろうか？頭悪いのか？ まずオープン時に提供出来ない物があるのがありえない。 全てのクオリティが低い。 客を舐めている。 2度と行かない。

客が見えていないオーナーに接客は勿論掃除すら出来ない従業員。 本気でお茶を広める気があるの...
