I came here during lunch time and I could walk straight in without waiting. I ordered a big bowl of their recommended bowl with egg yolks and asked for slightly "hard" noodles. The bowl arrived after about 5 minutes and the soup was really hot and the noodles were cooked just as I like them. I was surprised to see that there was no garlic on the table but I was provided with a bottle of their roasted garlic oil. The big sized bowl was big enough and the soup was really tasty. It just lacked that extra something that would take it from a 4 star rating to a 5 star rating.

熊本市ゆめタウン光の森の館内にある【熊本ラーメン 黒亭 ゆめタウン光の森店】さんにお邪魔です。 店内は右手側にテーブル席、左手側にテーブル席とカウンター席がありけっこう広いです。 こちらの店舗は食券機が無いのでスタッフさんに注文です。 オーダー ・黒亭ラーメン&チャーハンセット→1110円税込 ・LINEクーポン利用で半額の555円税込 マイレビ様の黒亭ラーメンの口コミを見てたら行きたくなり、ゆめタウンに用事があったのでちょうど良かったです！ ・黒亭ラーメン 伝統的なマー油の効いた豚骨ラーメンです！麺は硬めでオーダー出来たので、硬めにしました。コシはそんなに無いですが、しっかりとした麺とマー油の効いたスープがGOODです。 具材はチャーシューが2枚、キクラゲ、小ネギ、海苔とシンプルです。 ・チャーハン 今日のチャーハンは少し薄めの気がしますので、胡椒で味を調整しました！サクラマチ店のチャーハンのお肉はもっとゴロっとしてましたがこちらは少し小さめです。 今は、チャーハンを作るのに鍋を混ぜるマシーンがありますね！自分のチャーハンが作られると思うとワクワクしますね。 この内容で555円税込は素晴らしい！非常にコスパに優れたクーポンです！またクーポンが出たら伺いたいです。 美味しかったです！ご馳走さまでした！
