カリワラ君津店 Currywala Kimitsu — Restaurant in Kimitsu

Had a wonderful time. The service was great. I was very surprised when I tasted my kids butter chicken and it had a great flavor vice other places we visit and it just tastes like sugar. I had the mutton marsala and I would get it again! If I had to have a complaint it would be the chicken from the tandoori set was a bit on the dry side but I mixed it with my curry and it was perfect after that. I also enjoyed some varieties of the naan bread. The cheese naan was nice and gooey and my daughter almost didn't share any with us. Overall the experience was top notch and we will come back again! Food was bland, very little lamb in the lamb curry, chicken curry was nothing but the smallest bit of meat on a crushed chicken leg with bone shards throughout the curry. They didn't come back to refill water not provided a water pitcher. Over-priced and...

駐車場店広め、店内もトイレも綺麗です。

まず、ここのカレー屋は辛さがカレーごとに固定でした。 なので辛いの苦手な人は選べるのが限られます。

14:00頃入店。 チャパナンカリー2種セットを注文。 内容は、選べるカリー2種とチャパティ2枚、チキンティッカ、サラダで1,280円(税込)でした。 おかわりチャパナンは1枚100円。

選べるカリーは バターチキン(甘口)、キーマ(中辛)、チキン(中辛)、マトン(辛口)、ベジタブル(中辛)、サグポテト(甘口)で 今回はバターチキンとサグにしました。

サグはほうれん草感あり、原型も少し残っている感じ。しかしスパイス弱いというかカレー感あまりなく・・ 何の料理か聞かされず食べたら、カレーとは思わないかも、という感じでした。

チキンティッカは骨付きでした。

プーリーやチャパティ、レモンライスがあるのは珍しくていいですね。 ちなみに、普通のナン・カレーセットのナンはライスに変更不可でした。 辛さ固定といい、選択肢少ないなという印象。
