Iroha — Restaurant in Kinokawa

Amazing place to take some great food. The owners know just a bit of English but they manage to help you, they have a basic menu in English but you can easily translate and unlock the full japanese one. We were able to use the Tatami Seating place (Zashiki), we ate Yakisoba, Okonomiyaki, Miso soup (with rice), Onigiri (really big and with soup included) and some beers.

The owners were interested from our country of origin and we're really talking not only with is but with other japanese customer (we were the only foreigners).

Absolutely delicious! Walked over from Kishi station for this and wasn't disappointed. The owners are incredibly warm and kind. I ordered both the okonomiyaki and yaki soba - both were delicious. The lady offered me free yakult and oolong tea to go with my meal 🥲 and the gentleman was very friendly despite us not being able to fully understand each other. I'm glad I made the journey. This...

We went to see the Tama cat! I tried a delicious okonomiyaki and onigiri, paired with a barrel beer. The place feels cozy and quiet, and the service was very nice. You can even watch them cook while sitting on the tatami mats. I really recommend it with you visit Tama 🐈!
