The ramen was very warm and hearty, the two types of chashu were delicious! I think one was duck and the other was pork but im not sure. I enjoyed the chicken flavor! The egg was also nicely done. They also have cold noodles and soupless noodles. There is a parking lot nearby. I would go again!

ずっと前から行ってみたいお店だった ROOSTERさんに昼間お邪魔しました。 こちらは夜はワインバー､昼はラーメン を提供する2業種のお店です。 ワインバーなので､マナーに則り 座席の案内を待ちます。 全席カウンターになっているため 着席時には椅子を引いて座ると 踏み外すことなく､座れます。 麺は全粒粉の自家製麺､スープも 化学調味料不使用と店外の看板に 書かれていたので､どんなラーメン なんだろ？とドキドキ💓 静寂の中､しばし待ちます。 カウンターから静かに置かれた ラーメンはスープが澄み雑味がなく ただただ美味しい！(*´ч`*) 焦がし葱のほか九条葱の青み部分は スライス､白い部分は微塵切りと 仕事が丁寧で感心してしまいました。 メンマは穂先。チャーシューはバラ肉の 煮込みと炭で炙った肩ロースが入り 調理の違いを楽しめます。 ラーメンは11:30～14:00スープが 終わり次第終了でワインバー共に 定休日は水曜日､第１･３･５火曜日。 駐車場はお店前にありませんが 徒歩３分位に市営駐車場🅿️があります。 身体に優しいものを食べているから なのか？ 背筋を伸ばし､いつもより行儀良く している私。 ご馳走様でした！
