Kazoku — Restaurant in Kitagata

I like this restaurant but just now I came to the restaurant and no worker were on standby. Despite ringing the bell countless time, no one was in the restaurant. I even went outside to check the business hours but it says OPEN and I came around 13:30 which is far from closing time (15:00). This is the second time it happened. The business hours sometimes don't match at all. Last time, I came on Tuesday since google says it's open. But when I arrived, it was closed. I thought the restaurant closed on monday only.

Appreciate if you could be alert with any phone calls in the future. Otherwise, it wasted your customer's gas to come all the way to the restaurant just to be invited with emptiness or worst, closed.

At least put a sign board outside the door if you were to close early or leaving...

The restaurant food is very delicious and has large portion. However, capacity of the restaurant is ten people max. This is a halal Indonesian restaurant.It’s partly a small mart and a restaurant but they provide dine-in service although with limited seats. The food taste is ok,service is ok and price is ok.Parking is easy. You could try here for a decent halal hot food to fill up hungry stomach.Worth a visit...
