A pleasant surprise! Knuckle is a little taste of Americana in east Hokkaido. The burgers are somewhat Japanese style, in that the beef patty is small compared to the bun. The toppings, however, were plentiful. The onion rings were very well done! They offer a lovely little patio but you can also sit inside where the decorations speak to a trendy burger bar in North America. They also apparently offer Dr Pepper which seems to be quite rare. A solid Japanese burger made up for my a charismatic and cheerful owner. The shop itself is very small, and in the winter seemed to only offer take away as an option. Inside is a nostalgic collection of American paraphernalia. In the summer, we were able to sit on the veranda to eat. The burger itself is one of the better ones I’ve had in Hokkaido, but I’d recommend getting an extra patty if you’re looking for the taste of home. The onion rings are also good. 跳ねているが、ちゃんと滝を登れているのか？ てか、登ったからなんなんだ？ つーか、意味って必要か？

合い挽き肉にタマネギを混ぜ込み成形したパテを焼き上げる、肉汁のジューシーな甘み ブラックペッパーのみの味付けで素材の良さが際立つ 生野菜は入っていないが、しつこさはなく肉のうまみを直接的に楽しめる

肉に負けないコシのバンズはワッパ○ほどの直径 カリカリと角切りの二種ベーコン、バーナーでこんがり焼いたチーズ ドクターペッパーがまたよく合う

ポテトフライは、食用油の高騰で現在(2023.8.31）提供休止とのこと

バーガー愛が溢れる 人懐っこい北見オヤジのワンオペ 食べ歩きがこうじて店を開いた テイクアウトの店だが、テラスには2組のテーブルがあり食事も可能

また来てよ、北見はいいところが沢山あるから そう言ってオヤジは、車を出すまで見送ってくれた
