For the first time I have to give a bad rating, I went to dinner with my family, and my youngest son is 7 years old, the time was 9:40 pm and the waiter came and asked us to leave because after 10:00 pm the child could not be there, we were confused, because we have been going to Sukiya for 5 years and have never experienced this, we felt embarrassed and ashamed because it is a family environment and there is no reason why a child cannot be with their parents, we got up and left, we tried another restaurant and entered normally, it was very embarrassing, I hope you reconsider...

道沿いで入店しやすく、まぁまぁ利用する店舗ですが、どこでもメニューは同じなので食事に関しては割愛しますが、以前はぬるめの汁物が高い頻度で提供されていたのが最近は改善されている点は評価出来ます。

と評価していたのも束の間、またしても最近ぬるめの汁物の提供があり、ガッカリさせられました。

詳細は割愛しますが、その後のスタッフの対応も最悪極まり無い！ そもそも教育レベルが低すぎる印象ですね。

いつも店内で食事しますが、ドライブスルーされるお客様も多いせいか、店内ガラガラで空いていても食事の提供時間は毎回遅い印象で、ちゃんと注文順に提供しているのか？、ドライブスルーお客様を優先しているのか？お伺いしたいものです。

不満点としては、オープン当初はスタッフの教育も行き届いていましたが、今では水出し忘れ、テーブルの汚れ、手洗いソープ切れ等々、サービス低下が見受けられます。

多忙時は致し方ないと許容出来ますが、それ以外は店内ラウンドの頻度も増えてくれると良いですね。
