Beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere. They are very particular about ingredients, as in healthy eating. Their “dry soba (Okinawan soba without soup)” is flavorful but can be very fishy if you choose fish one. You could choose Thai green curry flavor. The spicy dry soba was decent. The soda, on the other hand was made with soda machine and had no flavor. This place is probably lived with health-nature-focused folks. Overall experience was good but not our types of place. Coffee was great.

THE BOOM　宮沢さんのお店だそうで。綺麗な内装、手入れの行き届いたお庭や外観は素晴らしいです。こちらで宮沢さんも作曲等の合間に食事もされるのでしょうか？お庭で演奏とか聞けたら素敵だなぁと思いました。今回、ファミリーで伺いましたが、ぐずりかけていたちびのためにオーダーした子供セットはスピーディに提供して頂き、味わいもちゃんと子供に合わせた薄味で、非常に有り難かったです。 1.5才のチビは全て完食。美味しかったようです。僕らは、カレーそばと台湾風混ぜめんを。カレーそばはスパイスの香りが鮮烈で、丁寧に作っているであろうことが感じとれます。また、小皿に添えられたらヨーグルトを加えるとより美味しくなりました。台湾風混ぜめんも具だくさんで美味しく頂けましたが、添えられたスープは恐らくそのまま飲むより麺に加えて塩分調節するのかな？と、最後の最後で何となく思いましたが、どうなんでしょう？全体的に丁寧な味わいの作りと行き届いた雰囲気の中で、この価格は良心的だと感じましたが、もしかすると味わいの繊細さ(塩気の控えめなところ)は、全ての人に受け入れられるものではないのかと感じました。恐らくお子様そばやカレースープなどは調理工程でほとんど塩を使ってない、または加える素材の持つ塩味に委ねているのではないかと。もちろん味わいの繊細さは自覚していらっしゃっていて、醤油等の調味料を添えられていますが、せっかくの食材の調和をそれで壊してしまいかねないので、もったいない気がしました。それならば仕上げの調味ではなく、調理工程で(焼く、ボイルする、煮込む間際など) ほんの少しの塩を足してあげることで、塩味ではなく素材を引き上げて旨味へと昇華してくれるので、大きなお世話ですが、これからもたくさんの人に喜んでもらえる味として試行錯誤してもらえると通い甲斐が有ります。また行きたいお店だと思っています。いつかは宮沢さんの歌う歌を聞きながら贅沢に食事を出来れば嬉しいですね(^-^)
