My husband and I discovered this little gem on our road trip adventure to explore Urubandai. We unfortunately cannot speak much Japanese, however - we were warmly greeted by the two loveliest ladies who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Read more餐廳在道の駅裏磐梯背後的半山腰上,一棟木造的歐風建築,迎接我們的是一名十分元氣的老婦人。餐廳內部裝潢十分講究,彷彿置身歐洲,窗外放養的烏骨雞元氣地咕咕叫,是自然又療癒的環境。
平日好像只有做午間盤餐,今天的菜色是千層麵、雞肝醬麵包、馬鈴薯蛋派、菜園種的蔬菜,我還點了「菜園摘的莓果茶」,每一樣都非常美味,而且很有特色,有一種神奇的菜園蔬菜,很後悔沒有記下名字。完食以後,老婦人還拿了蛋白霜請我們吃,我很少吃蛋白霜,畢竟就...只有蛋白😅,但是這裡的混了一些穀物,所以咬起來特別香,好感度更加提升。
跟老婦人聊了一下,驚訝這些全都是她自己一個人做的,從種菜、養雞、做菜到做甜點,全都不假手他人,每年冬天都會到佛羅倫斯教授日本文化,如此活躍的她居然已經87歲高齡,真的嚇壞!
