粟津駅前にある喫茶店で以前仕事で来てた時ふらふらっと利用したお店。懐かしき思いもあって今回少し遅めのお昼ごはんを食べにお邪魔。この日はパンが品切れになってしまったらしく軽食系のサンドイッチやトーストは出来ないとの事だったのでご飯ものから『エビピラフ(スープ付)』と『アイスコーヒー』を注文。 コチラのエビピラフは注文を受けてから炒め始める古き良き喫茶店の洋風チャーハン。具材はエビ・卵・ネギ・玉ねぎ・ニンジン・マッシュルーム。玉ねぎのシャキっと感やエビのプリップリ感を味わえると共に、程よく纏ったご飯にはコンソメの風味がしっかり付いていて美味しかった。いっしょに付いてくるスープはマグカップにタップリと入ってるので合わせてボリュームもあり満足のいく食事でした。
