I have been to this cozy place twice so far, and both of them have been among the most memorable dining experiences in Japan. 当日の予約でランチにお邪魔しました キャラ濃い目のご主人と、感じのいいスタッフさんで営む、カウンター数席と小上がりが2卓の、こじんまりしたお寿司屋さん 雰囲気も敷居高すぎなくて好印象です

ランチは地元の名所を冠した2種類のセットが気になったけど、御在所登山帰りだったので『御在所ランチ』を注文

まず最初にサラダ、先付、真菰麺が 不思議な球体の器で共されます

そのあと、茶碗蒸し、天麩羅、お味噌汁、お寿司6巻に玉と巻物、最後に水菓子が付いて 2420円 天麩羅の付かない『菰野富士ランチ』なら 2000円を切る驚異のコスパ

お寿司はかなり小ぶりで、そこまで高価なネタは無いものの、このご時世この価格でこれだけのものを頂けると言うのは素晴らしい✨

先付は一つひとつがとても丁寧に作られていて サラダはローストビーフの乗った洋風の味付け 真菰麺は喉越しが良くて美味しい😋 茶碗蒸しはチーズとトマトの洋風仕立て 天麩羅は揚げたての海老とお野菜

個人的にはお寿司より前菜が美味しかった お寿司はお米がもう少しふんわり握ってあると よかったな 特に巻物は握りすぎてかちかちでした
