浅間山麓の懐に抱かれ、前方には佐久平と八ヶ岳連峰を望みます。敷地内にはガーデンもあり、自家栽培のラディッシュや木苺の他、近隣の農家の方々が栽培するブロッコリーなどの野菜もカフェで使われています。名物はカレーとタルトタタンですが、訪れる度にシフォンケーキ、あんみつなどの新メニューが追加され飽きません。手作りのシロップが美味なレモンスカッシュもおすすめ。 TSUGUMORIのある小諸は東京からはDoor-to-Doorで2時間弱、軽井沢からも車で20分程の距離に位置する風光明媚なエリアです。近隣にはワイナリーも多く、最近はウイスキーの蒸留所ができたり、スマートシティ化を進める小諸駅周辺ではランドスケープを通じたコミュニティ、場づくりなども行われるなど面白いエリアです。 TSUGUMORIのある場所はもともと耕作放棄地だったそう。50年誰の手も入ることなく放置された、そんな場所を地域内外を問わず、また専門職能の有無を問わず、オーナー主導の元、多様な人の手によって2年に渡って整備したのだとか。 手作り感のある、手触り感のある、人の温度が感じられる場づくりの実践。それが「継ぐ杜」なのだと感じています。地方によくあるお洒落なカフェ、ステイを超えた、豊かな自然への没入体験を欲している都会人の皆さま、是非。

オープンしてから、月1〜2回訪れています。行く度に新しい植物が増えたり、テラスやお庭の整備がされたり…常にお手入れが行き届いているなぁという印象。 おすすめのカレーのお味は…家庭的な中にも野菜と果物、スパイスを使ったこだわりを感じられる大好きな味です。ライスは目の前に広がる八ヶ岳連峰を表しているそうで、そこも素敵だなぁと思いました。 カレーはもちろんですが、デザートも季節毎？毎月？新作が出ているようで、どちらも食べたい人はカレーを大盛りにして、デザート2品をシェアするのをオススメします。 軽井沢駅方面は混雑するお店が多いので、閑散期にしか行きませんが、つぐもりは駐車場もゆったりとしていて、いつでも安心して行けるところが嬉しいです。混みそうな日もオープンしてすぐだと貸切で過ごせるので、1人で寛ぎたい方は早めに行って、カウンター席で景色を独り占めしてほしいです。

Delicious curries! We ordered both. The beef is on the sweeter side and the non-spicy keema is earthy. You can definitely taste the subtle, fresh vegetables in the curry! Drinks feel refreshing and have a pleasant taste, not overwhelming. The broccoli soup was nice as well if you are extra hungry. The portions weren’t large, so just enough to fill you for a light lunch.

The view is spectacular! Better on a clear day. We sat outside on the terrace. Though the day was hot, the shade from the eaves was enough to feel comfortable. The only thing I noticed inside was that there was a strange, slightly off-putting smell in the inside building seating area. I’m not sure where the smell came from though.

Service is kind and pleasant, though it takes time to receive your order, so make sure to come before you are too hungry.
