This is the first time we found a restaurant which serves food which has a proper Bangladeshi taste, I absolutely loved their morog polau and the chicken roast. They also have halal bbq menu and a grill set just on the table, you can grill the meat by yourself like japanese/ Korean bbq restaurants. The owner is super polite and was very attentive. And they did not use basmati rice like other indian/ Pakistani restaurants, They used chini gura / kalojira rice which actually enhanced the taste of the Rice/ polau. I hope this restaurant can keep up the current taste of the food and the service. Looking forward to visiting with friends. Oh and they have plenty of parking lots.
More updates!! 📣📣📣 ( I guess this is my 5th visit to alifa) I am updating my reviews as I can't write more than one review.

Read moreWe came to this Bangladeshi restaurant for the first time on the recommendation of someone. Very nice table setup. Firstly they served us Detox water, very impressive. Our order came very quickly.
Borhani- ★★★ The combination of salty and sweetness with yogurt would have been better.
Lamb chops- ★★★★★ The flavor of olive oil, garlic, rosemary is outstanding. Perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Beef Kalavuna- ★★★★ So delicate and mouthwatering but portion of the dish is quite questionable.
Mutton roast- ★★★ I thought it would be something very tasty. But I was disappointed. The mutton was cooked separately. The roast gravy was cooked separately and the mutton was added later. The mutton was not cooked in the gravy for a long time so no spice flavor got into the mutton and it was overpriced.
Tawa roti- ★★★ soft and delicious.
Paratha- ★★★ Very thin and it was pricey.
Naan- ★★★★ Very fluffy and soft.
Home made yogurt - subtle taste and palate cleanser. They serverd us complementary as it was our first time visit.
Overall - The price is high compared to the...

I also tried their morog polao which is outstanding in every sense.! Everything was top notch except just the quantity. I hope they will think about the quantity of polao at least.!.
The owner was super generous and a very humble person. Very friendly and so supportive.! Looking forward...
