Me and my family often visited this place, but two days ago we've experienced several bad issues. At counter one young woman indicated us to pick a number at the new tablet outside, after we picked up the number this young girl only asked us to wait, givung no explanation of how tables are assigned now, after 35 minutes she came again and with no explanation and few words, she told us to take the corner table. We've waited another 40 minutes, called two times to take order, one waitress came to the next tables to take orders but not to us. Tired and hungry we had to leave the place and out on a complaint.
