I like their chashu (roasted pork). The noodle seemed more than other ramen shops. What I did not like was too much garlic in the soup. Chahan (fried rice) was also tasty but I don't like benishouga (pickled ginger), beside the topped ones they also...

他の方のクチコミにあるように、レトロな昭和感満載のお店です。お一人で営業ということでしたが、お昼時にお手伝いの男性が来られました。心強いと思います。

妻はもやしラーメンセット、わたしはホルモンセットでした。ラーメンセットのチャーハンも美味しかったです。ラーメンはザ熊本ラーメン、塩味は人によると思いますが、わたしはやや塩っぱめに感じましたが、これは人それぞれ。夏の汗の出やすい時期ですと、ちょうど良く感じそうです。

As other people's reviews have, it is a shop full of retro Showa feeling. I was supposed to do business alone, but a man came to help me at lunchtime. I think it's reassuring.

My wife had a bean sybean ramen set, and I had a hormone set. The fried rice in the ramen set was also delicious. Ramen is The Kumamoto Ramen, and I think the saltiness depends on the person, but I felt a little salty, but this is different for each person. It's the time when it's easy to sweat in summer, and it seems to...
