ドミノ・ピザ熊本龍田店 — Restaurant in Kumamoto

First and last time to do a Domino’s pizza delivery. It was by far the worst pizza I’ve eaten. The pepperoni had a weird smell, and the margherita was a cheese pizza with some cherry tomatoes and dried basil sprinkled on. The “buffalo wings” were peppered chicken wings with one brush of some sauce on them. Leftovers went into the trash, not the refrigerator. The worst part is that it cost ¥6,000. No photos necessary....

Very bad service! If you order you have to go and wait outside of your house for long time and finally they don’t deliver on time! This is my first and last time! Don’t order...

まず電話対応が最悪。注文の電話の途中、電波障害でもないのになにも言わずに何十秒も沈黙されました笑 お店に取りに行きましたが、店に入ってもいらっしゃいませの言葉もなし。レジ上のモニターもついてないから自分が頼んだピザがどうなってるかも分からないのに、バイトの子達は店に入ってきた客をシカトしてペチャクチャお喋りしながらピザ作ってました。唾飛んでそうで不愉快。 いやいや、誰か手止めてレジ入ってきていらっしゃいませくらい言うでしょ普通。コンビニに入って時間潰しに来たとでも思った？誰も接客しないってどういうこと？ やっとレジしてもらえたと思ったら、レジの女の子の声ちっさ笑 なに言ってるのか聞こえません。 何年も前からここ利用してて、その都度電話対応最悪だなーまだ新人なのかなーとか思ってたけどこれが毎回だからびっくり。スタッフの教育どうなってるんでしょう。そろそろ本社に連絡...
