The usual excellent offerings of Sushiro. To avoid the lunch crowd, we went at 11:30 am and it was spot on. Having an English menu is a boon for customers like ourselves. The sushi is fresh and the range is good. We usually try the limited editions / seasonal offerings. Our perennial favourites are yellowtail, horse mackerel, ark shell, large shrimp and tuna.

ネタがよけられシャリがふたつ揃った状態でレールに流れてきたので、さすがに酷く感じ責任者を呼びました。スタッフが生半可な気持ちで仕事してる事に気分が悪くなり、責任者と思われる女性にスタッフの仕事の仕方にどうにかしてくれと伝えたが、食事したい気持ちも無くなったので、会計した。二度と来ないなって思いました。責任者には非はないので、問題ないが「厨房」の方々が考え方を改めない限り、何も変わらないと思います。軍艦の海苔もシナシナだし、箸で寿司を持った瞬間に崩れるシャリなど、食べる人の気持ちを考えてないですね。とても残念です。他の回転寿司店に行く事を検討せざるおえないと思います。 本社にも、この事を伝えましたが、誠意が全く伝わらなかったので、写真を載せることを決めました。問い合わせにも、お客さんを馬鹿にしてますね。正直、許せないです。これで2回目だったので、もう行きません。この店舗に行かない方が絶対良いです。ここ5年以上、酷さは変わりませんし、店長もエリアマネージャーは無能ですね。 【追記】エビの開きの画像がありましたね💡何も反省してませんねww これでも、スシローを応援しますか？

回転寿司 色々と問題ある中 今は心配ないと思って久しぶりのスシロー🍣寿司は回っておらす全てパネルオーダー そこは安心👍違う商品がきたり(客はポツンポツンでしたが)値上がりした割にはネタが寂しく思いました。ネタがシャリから落ちていたり・・期待し過ぎました😅後 商品が流れて来て取ろうとするとクリアパネル？が左右にあり間が狭まくて💦数枚頼むと最初の一皿取ったら二枚目が流れて行き取れなくなり慌てて隣の席に追いかけて取りに行きました。隣が空いてて良かったけど・・２回・３回ありました。意味は分かりますが凄く取りにくかったです。後 個人的な意見ですが 店員のおばちゃん、お話する声が大きく前から気になってました。そこも変わりなく またしばらくは行かないかな～って感じです！

久々に富合店に来たのですが、受付の際、店内でのルールが少し変更になっている説明がなかったので戸惑ってしまいました(_
