We didn't have any reservation and walked in at 7pm for dinner. The host greeted us and promptly seated the 3 of us. The menu had photos so it was very helpful! We mainly went there to eat the mochi shabu shabu and it came in the Standard for 1,000; with beef or pork for 2,000; with seafood was higher. I ordered the one with beef and it was delicious!! Very yummy mochi shabu shabu. Great for vegetarians at 1000yen. For meat eaters they also have the mochi+beef , mochi+pork or mochi+seafood set at 2000yen, 2000yen & 2700yen respectively. Very unique food. The restaurant is more than 100 yrs. Each set also comes with chaswanmoshi and the brown mochi hot desert. Besides shabu shabu, they also have many other set meals at value prices. There are some standard teishoku menu items, but their speciality is mochi shabu - thin rice cake slices that you dip in soup (10 seconds is plenty).

There are 12 different types of mochi, some more distinct than others (I couldn't taste any blueberry, but the yuzu flavour came through clearly).
