黒石富士見、ここと、アップルランド近くの経営者が同じなのですが、消費税上がって黒石富士見が不味く成り、ここ数ヶ月のうちにここの店舗も味が変わり、アップルランドの近くの場所も味が変わってしまって、黒石近辺ラーメンショップ全滅。 店長さんも前は「一生懸命」使っていたが、バイトの男の子と喋らながらラーメン作っているし、前のクチコミの方も言ってましたが、湯切りをキチンとしていないので、麺の茹で汁味が､､､ 以前からメンマ、漬物、ニンニク等の蓋はしていなかったが、コロナ禍に成ってからはこわくて、手が付かれません。

今の所、五所川原近辺に在るラーメンショップが美味いが遠すぎる。 弘前近辺のラーメンショップはまだ行ったことが無いので、そこに期待するしかないかな､､､ 八戸の八高上のラーメンショップと五戸のラーメン...

地元伝説のソウルフード。津軽ラーメンとラーメンショップの合の子みたいな独特なラーメン。 椿系のラーメンショップなのだが、おかみさんが始めた時から、ネギラーメン(みそ含め)のネギに独特の漬け込みがあり、これが他にはない味の要因になっている。 津軽系のちぢれ卵麺で太麺タイプではない。 店員さんも何だか見たことあるような…おばちゃんがわらわら、デジャヴ感満載な店。 昼時は混むが、待ちは最小になっている努力を感じる。 ラーメンには漬物と胡椒メンマがセルフサービスで食える。自分はメンマをネギラーメンに入れるタイプ。 発作的に食べたくなる味。故郷に戻れば、絶対スケ...

有りました！ガツンとくる美味しい味噌ラーメンがいただけるお店！ ネギみそラーメン味噌しっぱさがあり美味しいです。ネギ醤油ラーメンも美味しい。スープは甘めではなく、首都圏のラーメンショップと同じようなぶれない味です。ここはメンマと漬物が無料サービス！胡椒のきいたメンマ入れ放題！大きめのレンゲは味変用に最適、レンゲにすくったスープにラー油を滴し麺を絡めて、次はレンゲのスープにお酢を滴して、次はニンニク、レンゲのスープはその都度飲み干せば元の美味しいスープは維持出来ます。お店に入ったら券売機で支払、券を店員さんに渡したら早速メンマと漬物と水を持ってきましょう。駐車場はお店の目の前のスペース、喫煙所無し。店員さんの対応はとても良いです。
