Takakura Machi Coffee - Maebashi — Restaurant in Maebashi

I love the atmosphere in this place 🤩✨ very cozy & luxurious ^^ It's pretty rare to find places with the ricotta cheese pancakes or "fluffy" pancakes 🥞 This place has great pancakes!!👍 I tried the carrot & apple smoothie🥤but.. it was very grainy, not sweet, and not much flavor.. a bit watery. Smoothies should be made with milk or yogurt.. not water :( ... And banana helps add natural sweetness. Also, a small cup of coffee for over $6 (¥600) is just insane. I don't care where it's from. You can get Starbucks coffee from around the world for $4 (¥400) and it's 3 times the size.

I'd come back for more fluffy...

Food was good, not the best but not the worst. The atmosphere is also very nice and chairs are very comfortable to sit and relax in for a while. The service however was quite dreadful. My wife and I waited for around 15 minutes to get seared when plenty of seating was available. Refills on coffee also took longer than what seemed reasonable. I almost left without a refill because it was taking so long. Probably wouldn't come back, but it wasn't terrible, just wait times are unnecessarily long and the food is just kind...

3年ぶりに来店。 どう変わっているだろうかと期待をしながら… お昼時少し前だったのでお客様まだ少し少なめ。スパゲティとクリー厶パンケーキ、コーヒーのセットにしました。 あわび茸のオリーブオイルパスタはパスタの麺はもっちりとして良かったですパスタ自体はそれほど味付けも強くない、ただ、キノコがめちゃくちゃ塩っけが強くあまり味付けされてないパスタと合わせるとちょうどいいぐらい。パスタとキノコの配分を間違えて食べるとなかなかきびしいことになりそうです。 スパゲティを食べ終わった後にデザートとコーヒーが来ない。 とりあえずお願いするとパンケーキが来た！…コーヒーは？(*’ー’)ｵﾔ? コーヒーが来ないままパンケーキ10分経過あっ！クリームお皿に滑り落ちた そんなわけで手つかずのまま10分以上おあづけでした。 どうもお客さんが混んでくると店員さんの連携が上手くいかなくなるようです。
