The gyoza is truly outstanding — no garlic, just the crisp freshness of cabbage, giving each bite a satisfying crunch. 丸亀では昔から有名なお店ですが、あえて聞きたい。 他のラーメン店と比べて、本当に美味しいですか？ ※令和元年１２月中旬再訪。 入店し、水を注ぎにいこうとすると、女性店員さんから「もう準備してますけどぅおおおおっ、くおおおおおぉぉぉ！！！」と大声で怒鳴られました。 面食らっていると、店員さんは私が持っていたコップをふんだくり、そのコップを思いきりふりかざし、滝のように勢いよく水を流し台に捨てました。 ラーメンの修行と同時に、最低レベルからの接客研修も必要だと感じました。 経営者さんには、上記のように末端の店員さんは、日常的なストレスを客にぶつけるくらい精神的な負担を抱えているので、従業員のケアも最優先事項としてお願いしたいですね。それと同時に「コップの水勢いよく捨てるスピード選手権」を主催することをおすすめします。

仕事で丸亀に行く用事があり、仕事先が丸亀城のすぐ横だったので通町商店街を歩いて行きました。御多分に洩れず残念ながらシャッター街と化した通町商店街………。地方にはこの様な商店街が沢山あり、胸が痛みます。 そんな中で「ラーメン」のノボリが立っていたので、思わず立ち止まってしまいました。 店名は「ラーメンきらく」でしたが、入り口のガラスには「ええぶん」「うまいぶん」の文字が………。 「ひょっとして！？」と思い、看板を見たら「一度きらくに来てごんな」の文字が………。 気がついたら店内に入っていました。 メニューも、ええぶん、うまいぶん、餃子、とりめし…。 迷わず「ええぶんと餃子」を注文してました。 ええぶんはチャーシュー入り。ハムが乗っているのも懐かしい。麺は少し透き通った感じの昔のまんま。 ニンニクが入っていない餃子も仕事前の私にはありがたい。 全てが往年の名店「ごんな」のまんまでした。 この話がわかる人は15年位以前のことが...
