Fantastic service and food. A friend of mine made a reservation for me and informed the chef of my need for a halal menu. Halal menu means no mirin, sake, alcohol or meat except fish.

The chef met the conditions and went above and beyond. Thank you very much, I had a lovely memory of a traditional Japanese lunch. If you visit here, feel free to reserve and let the chef know of your dietary conditions. Highly recommend to foreigners visiting...

23.5.31 お客様とのランチで利用。 色々な料理が有る中で、店名を冠するメニューの｢やまもとや天丼｣を頂きました。 穴子やブリ(？)、茄子や海老など、豊富な具材が楽しめます。(メニュー紹介には、鰤ではなく鱚と書いてあるが…。いや、今思うと 鱚も入っていた気がする…。) 衣は程よく薄くて軽く、タレも万人に好かれそうな濃さ。 茄子の天ぷらは絶妙な揚げ加減で、柔らかな食感と上品なお味。 ブリは｢もしや、これは天然物？｣と思う程、あの養殖特有のブリ臭さが無い！もしかしたら鰤ではなく勘八かも？(あの具材の一品は、身の感じからして鱚ではなく鰤か勘八だと思う…。平政も臭みは無いが、流通量からして考えにくい。) その他の具材もふっくらした食感で、味も私好み！ お味噌汁にはアオサ海苔でしょうか？トロリとした食感で、とても風味の良い物が入っていました。 欠点(と言うか、気になる点)が全く見当たらない。一品毎に...

熊本県上益城郡益城町安永にある【四季の味 やまもとや】さんにお邪魔です。 仕事の移動中に益城方面の道沿いにお店があり、ランチの旗が見えたので寄らせてもらいました。 駐車場はお店の横にありまぁまぁ広いです。 店内は小上がりのテーブル席が奥にずらっと並べられてます。 お店の雰囲気からすると高級感あり、仏事やお祝い子供などに使われるようなお店に感じました。 オーダー ・新・大海老天丼→1200円 ※8月23日〜9月12日の期間は1200円→1000円 ※価格は税込価格です。 【内容】 ◯大海老天丼 名前通り、大きな海老天が2本！そして中からプリプリの海老が見事な揚げ具合です。他には、ピーマン、カボチャ、イカ、大葉、茄子が入ってました。 天汁はやや薄めで量も少なめでしたが、素材の味を活かすにはこれぐらいでも良いかもです。 ◯味噌汁 アオサと小ネギの味噌汁。ともかく熱々で美味しい！お味噌とお出汁のバランスも良い！さすが、和食店と言ったお味噌汁です！本当に熱々で美味しかったです。 ◯漬物 きゅうりと大根とニラのキムチのような漬物でした。 ボリュームはあまりありませんが、ランチをオーダーした方はサイドメニューで、太巻き・いなり寿司・茶碗蒸しなどお安い値段で注文出来るので、良いかもです！ 美味しかったです！ご馳走さまでした！
