2017年4月下旬に訪問。 週末（日曜のみ？）営業で要予約。 益子から茂木に抜ける道の途中から敷地に入ると、丘の上に建物が現れる。 オーナーシェフやスタッフも大変感じがよく、フランスの料理学校を卒業したシェフの料理は味加減塩加減が絶妙で、季節の味を楽しませてくれた。 近く再訪したいと思う。

初訪問。とても美味しいフレンチをいただきました。栗のポタージュが特に美味しかったのですが、これだけ写真を撮り忘れました泣。美味しそうで即食べてしまった。 お庭に咲いたラベンダーから作ったスプレーも販売中。とてもフレッシュな香りで素晴らしいです！

土日だけの営業です。フレンチですが肩の凝らないカジュアルなお店。予約をしていなかったのでパンが焼きあがっていないとのこと。パンが焼けるまでの間、ハーブ畑や菜園、ブルーベリー園などを散策。 ノートルダム・ランチプレートは税別1700円。その日のメインは鶏肉の粒マスタード焼に季節の野菜の温サラダの付け合わせ。デザートのシフォンケーキにはマスカルポーネのクリームとフレッシュな柿・パインが添えられていました。甘みと酸味のバランスが良くて甘いものが苦手な自分も美味しくいただけました。 窓の外には芝生。その向こうにブルーベリー畑、その奥には竹林と杉林。遠くに雨巻山が見えます。店内にはバッハの無伴奏チェロ組曲が流れていました。コーヒーをお替りしながら風景を楽しみ、ゆっくり...

通りすがりで 素通りし、気になったので調べて電話したが、中々出なくて、直接訪問したが、予約のみ対応とのことで、断られました。 準備とかあるのでしょうね。 通りの看板にコース料理要予約とあるので、コース頼まなきゃ食べられると思いましたが、ダメみたいでます。予約のみ対応に書き直して欲しいと思いました。 クチコミは、悪くないので、次回は是非予約して訪問したいと思います。おす...
