Probably the best sushi we ever ate! We ordered 3 sets of 6 maki, and 3 sets of rolls for the 2 of us. It was more than enough as the portions are quite generous. All single sushi were very tasty. Our favorite was the California rolls. Everything was super fresh and the wasabi comes from a local farm in Matsumoto. Soft drinks were good as well (sparkling peach juice “uze”). The waitress was very friendly and spontaneously provided the WiFi password and QR code directing us to the English menu. Also, I forgot my jacket at the restaurant and figured it out 1 hour later. 旬鮮厨房だいなモは、地元の方にも常連さんが多い人気店で、時には驚くほど混み合っています。特に昼時や週末は、おば様方が集会やランチ会に利用しているのか、店内が一層賑やかで活気にあふれています。そんな中でも印象的なのは接客の丁寧さで、大柄なお兄ちゃんをはじめ、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切に対応してくれます。お水のおかわりや料理の提供タイミング、ちょっとした会話にまで気を配ってくれるので、初めて訪れた人でもすぐに居心地の良さを感じられるはずです。

料理は「何を食べても美味しい」と自信を持って言えるクオリティで、どれも素材の良さが生きています。特に海鮮丼は圧巻で、器からこぼれそうなほど新鮮なお魚が山盛りにのっており、このお値段でいいのかと心配になるほどの太っ腹な内容。刺身はぷりぷりで臭みもなく、酢飯との相性も抜群です。以前いただいたカレーも印象的で、旨みとスパイスのバランスが絶妙で、専門店顔負けの美味しさでした。
