McDonald's — Restaurant in Matsusaka

The place is good and accessible. Their breakfast menu is so good and also their soft cream.

Update: I feel it’s important to share one of our recent experiences here so that management and other customers are aware. I came to dine in with my kids, hoping for a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, we were harassed and bullied by a group of high schoolers who deliberately chose to sit near our table. They made us uncomfortable and disrupted our experience.

When I approached the staff for help, I expected them to address the inappropriate behavior directly. Instead, they came to us and asked us to move to another table, rather than speaking to the bullies or removing them. This response not only made us feel unwelcome but also sent the wrong message, that those causing trouble can stay, while the ones being harassed have to adjust.

What should have been done: In situations like this, staff should prioritize the safety, comfort, and dignity of all customers, especially when children are involved. They could have: • Politely but firmly addressed the disruptive group. • Warned them about their behavior or asked them to leave if they continued. • Offered us reassurance and support, rather than relocation.

I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on how to handle harassment or bullying incidents so that no other family has to experience this kind of treatment...

It is just bad, all of the food we ordered. The fried potatoes were very old, probably 1-2 hours if not more, and the burgers in the sandwich were very salty. I believe that we all have rights as customers to receive the products we are paying for. It is called fast food restaurant because the food preparation is fast, not because old food is served fast. Here is a genius idea McDonald's management, make 2 drive through call centers, 1 to serve freshly prepared food 5-10% more expensive, and a 2nd which serves older food as the markets sell, with discount of 5-10%, you will see how much the fresh prepared food is much more appealing and...

I went to macdonals on June 26 2024-at 11:15 or 11:20 pm .. the first time I tasted very salty potato fries .. I didn't like the french fries my friend was disappointed and was very angry,. the cook of the potato fries didn't think about it...
