went in to get a couple buckets and sides at 11am-ish, they decided they didn't want to make the crispy, was stuck with greasy original for all the chicken. chicken was dry, and the drumsticks STILL HAD THE FEET ATTACHED-they literally breaded and cooked it with the feet! They had ZERO mashed potatoes and gravy, spent almost 8000 yen for food that is barely edible. the only thing passing good was the cole slaw. i now have stomach cramps from eating the one piece of chicken i did eat, and christmas is now ruined. ケンタッキーのギフトを利用

味に関しては◎ さすがケンタッキーさんという感じでおいしいです、お値段は張るもののパーティーでは欠かせないお店ではないでしょうか

しかし１つ難点があり、ギフト券と通常利用は同じ会計ではできないのでギフトの料理と通常の料理は違うレシートで出ました。まとめて持ち帰りだったのですが、いつまでたっても自分の番号が呼ばれません。結果的になんと渡された番号の一つ前の番号で呼んでいたみたいです。３０分ほど立って声をかけ「〜番ってできてますか？」ときくと「あぁ、できてますよ」と３０分前に呼んでいた品物が出てきた。もちろんポテトはしっなしな、チキンはベトベトになっていた。 ギフトと通常利用が一緒にできないのは別に構わないが、コンピューターの中で番号フリと店員の認識がずれてるのはとても困る。そういうマニュアルはないのだろうか？ ウキウキにチキンを頬張るつもりだったがなにか悲しい気持ちになってケンタッキーをたべてしまった...
