MICAN CAFE — Restaurant in Matsuyama

We wanted to find a parking near by the 梅津寺station but couldn’t so we went here to buy a dessert and also park for awhile and take a quick Look at the station. The stores have 2 story and at the bottom they sell souvenirs and also for buying juice. You can go up and buy ice cream and other desserts. The view up there is amazing too! The dessert we bought was good. You know it’s made from real orange/ mandarin coz you can taste the slight bitterness from the orange/ mandarin peel. 愛媛のマスコットキャラクターの、みきゃんのお店、みきゃんパークです。

伊予鉄道、梅津寺駅から徒歩1分以内。 目の前には、海があり、みきゃんの絵が書かれた建物があるので、すぐに目に入ります。

１階は、お土産売場になっており、お菓子やグッツ販売、みかん🍊ジュース🍹等が飲めます。

また、１階から2階に上がる途中で、みかん製品に関する生産工場になっており、商品製作工程を見ることができます。

2階は、カフェになっていて、これまたみかん🍊関連のパフェ等を楽しむことができます。 スペース的には、あまり広くないので、混雑してる時は狭く感じたり、席が空くまで待つこともあります。 もう少し、ゆったりスペースがあるといいなと思いますが、目の前には綺麗な海の景色を眺めながら、みきゃんパフェを頂きました🍴🙏

ロケーション的にはとても良いと思います。

また、場所的に市内中心部から離れた郊外にある為、車で来場される方も多いと思いますが、あまり広くない駐車場なので、週末等混雑する場合は、多少駐車スペースが空くまで、待機する場面もあるかと思います。

全体的な評価としては、星4つにしました🌟 綺麗な海と、美味しいみきゃんパフェをぜひ堪能してみてください。

This is Mikan Park, a shop of Michan, the mascot character of Ehime.

Within a 1-minute walk from Iyo Railway and Baishinji Station. There is a sea in front of you, and there is a building with a picture of Mikan, so you can see it immediately.

The first floor is a souvenir shop where you can buy sweets, goodies, oranges 🍊 juice 🍹, etc.

Also, on the way from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, it is a production factory for mandarin orange products, and you can see the product manufacturing process.

The second floor is a cafe where you can enjoy mandarin orange 🍊 related parfaits. In terms of space, it's not very large, so when it's crowded, you may feel small or wait until a seat becomes available. I hope there is a little more space, but I had a Mikan parfait while gazing at the beautiful seascape in front of me 🍴🙏

I think the location is very good.

Also, since it is located in the suburbs far from the city center, many people come by car, but since it is not a very large parking lot, if it is crowded on weekends etc., until some parking space becomes available , I think there are some scenes to wait.

大阪から旅行で行きました。 子どもが、みきゃんが大好きなので行きましたが、普通に親の私もテンションあがってパンケーキ選んでしまいました！笑

ついていたみかんジャム美味しかったです。 甘いソースと一緒だったのでレモンも食べられました。

１階、お土産コーナー ２階、カフェコーナーでした。

1階に蛇口から出るみかんジュースが販売していました。1杯400円。 ちょっと高めだったので、飲んだことあるし今回はスルーしました。

カフェコーナーで、 パンケーキ1000円。 ワッフル1000円をコーヒー付きにして1300円でオーダー。 可愛いみきゃんのカフェラテつけたら1500円のセットでいけたようです。（単品より100円安い）

カフェ横にテラスがあって、梅津寺駅の電車が見えました。 カウンター席からも見えて、みんなそこで写真撮ってました。

パンケーキ、ふわふわで美味しかったです。 パンケーキというよりふわふわカステラな感じでした。 みかんのソースも美味しくて満足です。

梅津寺駅は、東京ラブストーリーの撮影ロケ地だったようです。 知らなくてびっくり！

みんな電車見たり写真撮ったり、買った飲み物持って海辺へ移動する人も多かったです。 私たちも少し海を見てから帰りました。

みきゃんパークだけでなく、周辺でも楽しめたのがとても良かったです...
