Pan stage Merry — Restaurant in Matsuyama

This is just my most favorite bakery in all of Matsuyama! The breads are all freshly-baked but you can also request to reheat the ones that have cooled down.

My personal favorite is their Mentaiko pan with cream cheese filling. SUPERB! 1 piece is not enough for me 😅 All their breads are soft, fluffy and tasty, like it is carefully baked to perfection. I imagine they use only top quality ingredients which might explain why it is a little bit pricy.

I love that they give off their loaf trimmings from the sandwiches for free cause that is just my favorite part of a loaf bread 😂 Plus, you can pair your bread with a delicious cup of free coffee! Just request for a paper cup at the counter once you have paid your purchases. Great...

松山市南土居町 「パンステージメリー」

愛媛エリアのパン巡り、 ラストで寄ったお店です。

とっても大きなお店で、 大きな厨房から どんどこどんどこ 焼かれたパンが 並べられていきます。

大きな鉄板に 焼き立てのパンが 並べられていく様子を 見るのはワクワクします(^^)

商品の種類は、 バラエティに富んでいます。

キャラクターパンは、 うさぎに熊に、ニョロニョロに。

ガーリックフランスは、 長いフランスパンを縦切にして ガーリックバターしみしみ。 食べごたえありそう!

小さなピザ系商品では、 トマトカレーピザ、 たっぷりコーン、 オニオンチーズ。 お野菜たっぷり取れて 嬉しいですね(^o^)

そして焼き立ての明太フォンデュ! 個人的にこの商品は目につけてたので、 もちろん買いますよね。

ラウンド食パンの 大群はインパクト大。

カレーパンや、 ドーナツなど揚げ系商品も 種類豊富に 用意されています。

コッペパン類は、 具材がかなりもりもり。 なのにお手頃価格で、 目ん玉飛び出てしまいます(笑)

甘い系商品では、 チーズケーキ、 ベリーロール、 キューブパンなど。

スイートキューブ、 何と人気ナンバーワン商品らしいです。 その文言見たら 買わずにはいられないですね。

ということで、 こちらでは明太フォンデュ、 キューブパン2種を 買いました。
