お任せ約20貫で9800円 仕事は丁寧で、味も最高。 地元の食通から松山1との評価で訪問しましたが、最高に美味しい。東京の1/3の値段ですね。コスパ抜群 アクセス悪いので飲むのがなかなか出来ませんが、訪問の価値大有りです。 ヒラメ昆布締め フグの 生ダコとウニイクラ 生ホタテ (乾燥夏ミカン風味 ) 生ほっき貝 カンパチ昆布締め つぶ貝 ヒラメの縁側、フグの肝のせ 、夏ミカンを絞って 活フグ (肝のせ、夏ミカン風味) 活フグ (醤油で) ヤリイカ (大将の地元の青森産、とても甘い) 福井の袖イカ (ネットリと絡みつく) トロの炙り ボタンエビ 赤貝 漬けマグロ 紅しゃけ イクラをのせて 今治産の車庫 タレで 塩イクラ 手作り玉 毛ガニのミソ 夏ミカンを冬の間に陰干した物を使用している。 そうすることで風味が格段に濃厚になるとのこと。 大将はこの道48年の大ベテラン！
